bNET Communications, Inc., through its wholly-owned subsidiaries bnetTV.com, and bnetTV is a content aggregator, internet broadcasting company and accredited media organization, that creates and distributes video content pertaining to new technology, primarily at corporate and consumer, events, trade shows and conferences. The Company, and its subsidiaries since their formation, has been streaming live broadcasts of corporate annual meetings over the Internet for many large and small firms, awards shows for various industries.
In recent years the Company’s attention has turned primarily to covering emerging technology events, more specifically the telecom, wireless and mobile markets. The content created from these events includes interviews with business executives, staged productions involving new product releases, and presentations and panels. The Company has compiled a significant digital library of information in various business sectors.
Over the last 10 years bnetTV has amassed a library consisting of over 30,000 interviews and over 7,500 hours of live conference coverage. bnetTV stream's over 2.5 million streams per month, and has a global audience of over 7 million.
bnetTV’s owns the copyright to all of their content and can be distributed to other companies and organizations. bnetTV’s on-the-ground reporting teams travel the globe, covering events such as mobile, wireless and telecommunications, social media, bio-technology and health care forums, cultural symposiums, and other emerging technology tradeshows and conferences.
bnetTV produces both client commissioned content (i.e., events or video interviews for which firms commission us on a fee-for-service basis) and in-house video content (i.e., content we acquire independently at events that we feel is relevant to the industries we cover).
In addition, we produce live streaming content commissioned by conference organizations, as well as for client commissioned usage. bnetTV’s extensive conference coverage has allowed it to carve out a niche market of premium content pertaining to a variety of fields not limited to but including, mobile, wireless, display, healthcare and other various technology fields. In 2011 the Company attended 95 conferences, and to date, in 2012 we have attended 40 conferences.
