bnetTV is pleased to announce that we have moved into our new Broadcast and Studio location at 122 West 26th Street, 5th Floor New York, New York 10001, in the Chelsea District of Manhattan. With over 7,000 square feet of studio and office facilities, this will allow bnetTV to continue with their plans to add unique programming to their site, and develop other strategic partnerships.. The facility includes post productions suites, a green screen room and a full live studio and set.

Update on New Developments
The company is happy to announce the completion of the audit that began several months ago. Along with balance sheet records for both 2008 and 2009, the audit includes an opinion on the bnetTV.com library. The company will soon be announcing their management team, along with details of the expansion of the business model moving forward. The company has met with several investment banks over the past month and an announcement with details of a public offering will be made shortly. The company is nearing completion of their private placement memorandum for this offering. The private placement memorandum, which includes the financials from the audit, will be made available upon request.

bNET Communications, Inc. has retained the certified accounting firm of Sadler, Gibb, & Associates, LLC. The firm has been hired to audit the books of bNET Communications, Inc. for the years ending 2008 and 2009 and the related statements of operations, stockholder’s equity, and cash flows for those two years. The audit is set to begin in early March.
