Day three at CTIA Wireless 2012. What have we seen? Who has had the big news? What are some of the challenges that still exist in the ecosystem, and which company's are going to lead the charge?

Stephen King, Applications Engineer – Wireless, 3MAs an Electrical Engineer (BSEE UT Austin 1981) and Licensed Professional Engineer (State of Texas #60701) with 29 years of Research and Development experience in telecommunications at 3M Company, I have participated in tremendous changes within the telecom ecosystem. I am responsible for numerous products successfully commercialized by 3M and have been recognized with 3M Corporate awards such as the Technical Circle of Excellence and the Golden Step Award. I am currently serving as an Applications Engineer in the 3M Communication Markets Division Wireless Business and acting chairman of the IWPC Tower Top Electronics Reliability Working Group for Installation Best Practices. I participate actively in wireless industry events, often as a speaker or panelist.

Warren Dumanski, VP Sales & Marketing Newfield WirelessVice president of sales and marketing, has worked in the wireless technology sector since 1990. Prior to working at Newfield Wireless he was at NextG Networks, where he launched the sales efforts to wireless service providers. Prior to that, Warren was president of Celletra, Inc., a wireless technology startup. Previous to Celletra, he was employed by Spectrian Corporation where he ran the worldwide sales organization achieving annual revenues of $180M. Warren’s additional experience includes senior positions in finance, operations and sales. He has a B.A.Sc. (Engineering) from University of Waterloo in Waterloo, Ontario, Canada and an MBA from McMaster University in Hamilton, Ontario, Canada. |

Mark works extensively in Taiwan, China, Japan and Korea. Most recently, Mark was located in Taiwan as Director, Asia Business Development for DSP systems with Texas Instruments. Mark’s leadership at Texas Instruments paved the way for improved customer channel management, profitability, sales and market share. Texas Instruments granted Mark the “2008 Award for Excellence in Asia ASP Customer Satisfaction,” recognizing his prowess in cross-cultural business development and support. |
